Chester Hoist Discount for Early Payments
April 2001: Chester Hoist has changed its existing payment terms
to 1% / 10 days - net 30 days. All orders received after April 1, 2001
are subject to these new terms. They are applicable to all standard
products purchased; they are not applicable to quotations and
engineered specials, which will reflect the stated terms at the time
of quotation. The intent of this change is to allow more of our
customers to enjoy the benefit of a cash discount for early payment.
We encourage your company to exercise the early payment discount
opportunity and hope that this standardization will benefit your
company. An additional benefit also offered by Chester Hoist is the
ability to accept payment by major credit cards. We currently accept
MasterCard & Visa for immediate net transactions. This payment
option is effective immediately, and again we hope this will be of
benefit to your company.
Chester Hoist Introduces Website Upgrade
April 2001: Chester Hoist has introduced a major upgrade to our
website to better serve our customers. This upgrade provides
additional technical information for our products including data
tables and clearance drawings. The clearance drawings can be
downloaded in a standard .pdf format for viewing or printing. This
provides immediate availability of these drawings to our customers.
Our customers should refer to these drawings for standard product
configurations, but as always, we encourage them to contact our

Website Information to be Available on CD-ROM
April 2001: Chester Hoist has announced that its recently upgraded
website will soon be available on CD-ROM . This CD-ROM version will be
identical in content and function to our web-based site and will
operate within a standard web browser. It will be ideal for remote
locations or for customers traveling with portable computers. Please

Chester Hoist Expands Model AM Hoist Product Line
March 2001: Chester Hoist has announced the introduction of two new
models of its popular AM Manual Hoist product line. A new, smaller 1/4
and 1/2 ton unit and a 5 ton unit were recently added to this line.
Both new units are available in Hook Type or Army Type models. Please

information or contact one of our experts with your requirements.
Expanded Tractor Product Line is Planned
April 2001: Chester Hoist has announced the planned expansion of
their Tractor product line to include models with higher speeds and
greater capacity than currently available. Also, models for operation
on enclosed rail systems are planned. These new models are scheduled
to be introduced in the fall of this year. Meanwhile, please contact
one of our experts if you need a tractor with features not currently
listed.
