Chester Hoist offers an assortment of crane and hoist related components available to our customers who build cranes or systems for resale or internal use.

Underhung or toprunning crane end truck kits are available for a variety of capacities, spans and runway beams.  Chester end truck kits include the end trucks and drive components and when combined with the customer's structural components provide a competitive alternative for providing solutions to the end user's specific requirements.

Trolley wheel assemblies are available in a wide range of capacities and tread designs to suite a variety of applications.  Machined treads, durable materials and precision wheel bearings make these wheels an excellent choice for material handling and other applications.  Choose from our assortment of standard wheels or provide details and we can design a wheel exactly as specified.

Chester pocketed handwheels and guards are available for applications requiring manual operation of overhead equipment using hand chain.  Various sizes from 5" to 18" outside diameters are available.   Standard handwheels are cast iron but aluminum and bronze are available for corrosion or spark resistant applications.

Chester track clamps are available on most of our products or they can be adapted to fit other manufacturer's equipment.  Track locks are available as trailer types or to be bolted onto an existing unit.  Hand chain, lever or "dead man" operating units are available.  The steel jaws of these track locks are grooved to bite and hold firmly to the toe of the beam flange.  The lock is designed so that no additional load is applied to the supporting trolley when the clamp is applied.
